Refund policy
If you purchase something and it is broken during transit or it is not quite what you thought it was going to look like (i.e. size, colour) please contact us immediately to discuss.
In the case of any damage in transit we will happily replace for you or if it is something that can be fixed we will fix and resend to you.
In the unsual situation where you were not happy with your purchase - our general rule of thumb is to send the product back to us and we will give you a store credit in the form of a gift card to the value of the product.
Our key objective though with all our sales is that we have happy customers so we are open to discussing any issues you may have.
